She thrives in establishing irresistible business propositions and designing and implementing path ways to give innovations the best chance of success. A former scientist in molecular biology, she worked with corporations in Latin America and Europe before becoming a successful entrepreneur. Castillo is a member of Babson’s Founder’s Club, the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Lesanz, Endeavors Corp and other associations. She holds an Engineering degree –Valedictorian- and a Magna Cum Laude Masters of Science from Universidad Central de Venezuela, and an MBA from Babson College (A Travieso Fellowship). Castillo has worked extensively with angel investors and participates as a panel member for several business plans competitions. |
